About the Role: We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join a growing team across Deer Park. This is a permanent employee position with full-time or part-time options. The caseload is typically around 80% paediatrics and 20% adults , however this can be tailored to match your interests and experience. Your week will include a mix of assessments and intervention, with variety across clinic, community and telehealth. Your work will include Clinic appointments in Deer Park Community visits including schools and home visits Telehealth sessions where suitable WFH options for admin and documentation Workload and expectations Performance expectations are realistic, with a KPI around 65% utilisation (roughly 5 billable hours per day ).
